What is veganism?

Being vegan means not eating any animal products. That’s not just meat, fish, and poultry. It includes animal by-products as well such as milk, honey, and eggs. If you look at the vegan food pyramid below, you can see that the lifestyle involves eating a balance of yummy fruits, veggies, and grains to get all of the necessary nutrition.
